We will be releasing a fix for an the email attachment issue at 3:30pm this afternoon. Around this time you may find your system running more slowly than usual; receive an error message; or be logged out of your system. The release will be completed and system performance back to normal no later than 4:30pm.

14th December 2018 - 10:30am

We are aware of an issue affecting candidate and contact records where the email attachment is not clickable against email actions.

We are working on this now, and will update when this has been resolved. Apologies for any inconvenience.

As a quick workaround, if you hit CTRL + F5 on your keyboard this will clear the cache and resolve the issue for you.

20th November 2018 - 4:40PM

We are aware of an issue affecting the Review Now button on the Request Agreement email being sent to candidates who fall under the "Never Requested" To Do List item. We will be releasing a fix for an issue relating to the formatting of emails at 4:40PM today. Around this time you may find your system running more slowly than usual; receive an error message; or be logged out of your system.

19th November 2018 - 5PM 

We will be releasing a fix for an issue relating to the formatting of emails at 5PM today. Around this time you may find your system running more slowly than usual; receive an error message; or be logged out of your system. The release will be completed and system performance back to normal no later than 6PM.

29th October 2018 - 11:05am

We identified an issue with one of our servers this morning which may have caused some systems to run more slowly than usual or result in users being kicked out of the system. Our infrastructure uses multiple servers for business continuity and at first look, it appears that a process repeating caused caching on one server, moving some clients onto our second server and therefore causing an interruption to the service. 

This issue occurred between 10:54am and 11:05am however system performance is now back to normal.

12th October 2018 - 10:00am

We will be releasing a fix for this mornings issue at 10:00am today. Around this time you may find your system running more slowly than usual; receive an error message; or be logged out of your system. The release will be completed and system performance back to normal no later than 10:45am.

We are aware of an issue affecting contact records where if you click on the Notes, Call & SMS or Email call to actions an error occurs.

13th August 2018

We have experienced issues with our servers which affected our CV and Email Processor. This occurred between 12am and 8:30am and may have caused issues with some users sending emails and uploading CVs.

This issue was resolved at 8:30am this morning.

4th August 2018

We have experienced issues with our servers which affected our CV and Email Processor. This occurred between 10:30am - 1pm and may have caused issues with some users sending emails and uploading CVs.

30th July 2018

We have experienced issues with our servers over the weekend which has affected our CV Processor. This may have caused some users to have problems previewing documents or sending emails.

25th July 2018

We have identified a performance issue with one of the web servers this afternoon and is causing some systems to experience errors or run more slowly than usual. Our infrastructure uses multiple servers for business continuity and at first look, it appears that one of the servers is experiencing some connection issues. All clients have been moved onto 1 server during this time which may cause systems to run a little slower. This issue occurred between 16:14 - 16:16. The system was also briefly unavailable at 22:23 for under 1 minute.

3rd July 2018

We will be releasing a fix for the mail merge issue at 7pm today. Around this time you may find your system running more slowly than usual; receive an error message; or be logged out of your system. The release will be completed and system performance back to normal no later than 9pm.

22nd June 2018

An accidental redirect had been set up on one of our servers which may have resulted in your system being unavailable for a short period between 12:15pm and 12:19pm this afternoon.

Steps will be put in place to ensure there is no possibility of this issue happening again.

10th June 2018

Between 3:36am - 7:17am Microsoft Azure experienced a virtual machine issue which was identified as an intermittent issue with their storage system. This resulted in Firefish being unavailable during this period. More details on the issue can be found here: https://azure.microsoft.com/en-gb/status/history

After checking everything on Firefish side was working correctly, our Head of Current Version dealt directly with Azure until this was resolved. Throughout the night all backups and alerts worked as expected from a Firefish point of view.
